Refund Policy for Rx Muscle Work Ltd.

 No Refunds for Completed Services:
Due to the nature of insurance billing and the complexities involved in reimbursement, Rx Muscle Work Ltd. does not offer refunds for services that have been provided, whether the client has used insurance or self-pay. Here's why:

1. Insurance Reimbursement Process: Our services are often covered by insurance, where the insurance provider reimburses us directly for a significant portion of the cost. The remaining balance, if applicable, is the responsibility of the client. Refunds for services would disrupt this reimbursement structure and potentially cause complications for both parties in managing claims.

2. Out-of-Pocket Payments: If you are paying out-of-pocket and decide to cancel after services have been rendered, we cannot offer refunds as our clinic has already allocated resources, time, and expertise to your care. The cost of a service is based on the therapist's time, expertise, and the treatment provided, which cannot be recovered once the service is delivered.

3. Time and Resources: Once a session is completed, the time and resources involved in providing the treatment cannot be undone or refunded. We believe in providing the best possible care during each session, and our therapists allocate dedicated time for each patient to ensure optimal results.
    

Cancellation Policies:
We understand that emergencies happen, but we require at least 12 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring a fee. If the cancellation notice is late or if a client does not show up, a fee may be charged or discounts may be revoked. In rare cases, where a genuine emergency is presented, we will allow for rescheduling.
 
Satisfaction Guarantee:
We strive for client satisfaction, but please understand that refunds are not typical for any dissatisfaction after the service is completed. Our goal is always to work with you to ensure you are satisfied with your care.
 
Package Deals & Promotions:
If you have purchased a package of multiple sessions and decide not to continue, we may consider providing a partial refund for unused sessions, based on individual circumstances. However, this will not apply to any completed sessions. Any unused portions of your package will be credited toward future visits, where applicable.
 
Exceptional Circumstances:
In rare and exceptional cases, where there is a legitimate issue or misunderstanding related to the service, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis for those not covered under insurance. Partial refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion, though this is not guaranteed.
